The candidate will drive governance, integrations, automation, and data quality while partnering with cross-functional leaders to scale HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive Oracle HCM Cloud experience and HR technology leadership.
• Demonstrates governance, data stewardship, and integration capabilities.
• Proven track record in HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Strong strategic and organizational leadership in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year HR technology strategy.
• Provide leadership for Oracle HCM Cloud as the system of record.
• Oversee HRIS/HCM, payroll, benefits, and analytics platforms.
• Lead upgrades, patch cycles, and release management.
• Drive automation, AI, and digital transformation across HR operations.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
