Job summary

State Street seeks a hands-on and strategic Manager to lead our Workday AMS team, balancing leadership and configuration responsibilities to support Workday HCM modules and enterprise HR goals.

You will mentor a high-performing team, partner with HR and IT stakeholders to drive system improvements, and ensure governance, data privacy, and timely deployments across Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday HCM hands-on configuration experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Security, Reporting).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workday AMS specialists.
• Perform hands-on implementation and configuration across Workday HCM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and governance protocols.
