You will serve as the principal people strategist to executive leaders across the organization, shaping organizational direction and ensuring the corporate center drives enterprise performance.

This role partners with HR COEs, leads succession planning, workforce design, executive coaching, and change management; travel up to 25%, US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including support for C-suite or corporate executive teams.
• Ability to influence at the highest levels and navigate sensitive executive matters.
• Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, executive coaching, and enterprise change leadership.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, presence, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR advisor to C-suite executives and corporate function leaders.
• Anticipate executive needs and shape enterprise decision-making insights.
• Lead succession planning, organizational design, and leadership pipeline development.
• Drive multi-year workforce planning aligned with strategic goals and financial plans.
• Coach leadership and lead enterprise change initiatives.
