Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Vice President, HR Business Partner to lead the globally distributed HRBP organization for the GTM ecosystem, partnering with the GTM leadership to translate business ambition into people strategy.

This role drives talent and org design in an AI-native enterprise, balancing global scale with local market nuance, and shaping the workforce to support hyper-growth across Americas, EMEA, and APJ.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HRBP to global sales, GTM, or commercial organizations at scale.
• Deep understanding of GTM operating models—including enterprise and commercial sales motions, solution consulting, customer success, partner ecosystems, and revenue operations.
• Global leadership experience across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
• Track record designing organizations for strategic execution and leading large-scale restructuring.
• Experience guiding AI-driven transformation and shaping talent strategies for commercial workforces.
