Responsibilities

Strategy: Lead global GTM alignment and co-innovation for a Functional Area; own the Global Functional Area partner account plan.
Governance & Reporting: Align with Global Governance Framework; run priority country QBRs; track revenue metrics.
GTM Execution: Coordinate joint go-to-market motions; drive Autonomous Workforce education and enablement; lead joint demand generation.
Operations (sales & partner): Develop playbooks and templates; support regional partner sales; provide GTM assets and thought leadership.
Deliverables: Execute the Global GTM Plan; conduct governance cadences; drive geo adoption; ensure partner maturity and enablement.
