Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR leadership.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Growth mindset to optimise efficiency and rigor using AI and technology.
• Ability to lead by example with drive and determination and adapt management style.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with Wealth Management leaders to align talent needs with business goals.
• Embed AI and automation into Talent Acquisition workflows.
• Plan and implement workforce and recruiting initiatives with HR partners.
• Provide senior stakeholders with detailed analysis of hiring activity.
• Drive marketing and sourcing strategies to build broader pipelines for key roles.
• Set targets with COOs and ensure service levels with RPO delivery managers.
