Job summary

HCA Healthcare (Corporate) in Nashville, Tennessee seeks a Vice President of Hospital Based Services Physician Resource Team to lead assessment and consulting for hospital-based programs across the system. You will coordinate engagements, negotiations and RFPs, while shaping staffing and financial models.

The role requires a Master’s in Healthcare Administration or equivalent, plus a decade of hospital operations leadership and supervision at a senior level.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Advanced clinical degree preferred (MSN, PharmD, MD).
• Minimum 10 years in hospital operations or practice management.
• Minimum 10 years of employee supervision at director level or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and consulting services for Hospital Based programs across facilities.
• Coordinate engagement planning, RFPs, and complex contract negotiations.
• Develop coverage models and PSA terms consistent with HCA standards.
• Manage 80–100 engagements concurrently with accurate financial analyses.
• Maintain relationships with corporate, division and facility leadership.
