Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is required.
• 2+ years experience in a hospital leadership role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departments to meet KPIs and financial targets.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative teams to improve processes and services.
• Provide administrative and operational leadership for assigned departments.
• Ensure application of Customer Service principles to meet internal and external expectations.
• Manage fiscal operations and perform revenue/expense analysis.
• Develop and update department goals aligned with the facility's strategic plan.
• Maintain compliance with Ethics and Compliance Program and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, employees, and peers.
