HealthTrust is seeking an executive leader to guide Surgical Services supply chain strategy and operations across HCA facilities in the Nashville area. You will drive data-driven improvements, oversee vendor relationships, and align clinical, financial, and operational goals with enterprise strategy.

The role requires extensive experience in hospital leadership, a Master’s degree, and a track record of delivering cost-effective service excellence in perioperative environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or MBA required.
• 15+ years of hospital or related leadership experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• Surgical services leadership or sterile processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic and operational plans for all Surgical Services support.
• Monitors performance data and metrics for improvement opportunities.
• Manages vendor relationships and contract strategy.
• Ensures data integrity across systems used in Surgical Services.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration with corporate and facility stakeholders.
