Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and ongoing planning for assigned areas, including expense and headcount budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive headcount capacity planning by identifying productivity opportunities and improving model accuracy.
• Proactively analyze financial performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Develop financial business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Oversee month-end reviews, tracking and reporting key performance metrics.
