Job summary

Avidbank is seeking a VP, HOA Banking Relationship Manager to lead HOA, community association, and property management banking relationships from its Silicon Valley office or remotely. The role blends business development with portfolio oversight to grow deposits and treasury adoption.

Key duties include managing client relationships, coordinating internal partners for onboarding, and delivering tailored treasury solutions while ensuring risk and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of relationship management, portfolio management, business development, treasury management, or HOA banking experience.
• Experience with HOA management, community associations, or property management relationships preferred.
• Knowledge of deposit products, treasury management, cash management controls, fraud prevention tools, and client onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop new HOA, community association, and property management banking relationships while managing an assigned portfolio.
• Conduct proactive client calls to understand banking needs, present solutions, and maintain relationship contact.
• Perform regular portfolio reviews to assess deposit balances, treasury management usage, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal resources to support onboarding, treasury implementation, service requests, and portfolio reporting.
• Support treasury management implementation and ongoing usage, including online banking access and fraud prevention tools.
• Monitor portfolio activity and client requests; communicate status and resolve issues impacting client experience.
• Maintain knowledge of HOA banking market trends and share insights with leadership and internal partners.
• Participate in industry events to support market presence and relationship growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
