Job summary

Banc of California, a premier relationship-based business bank, seeks an experienced HOA sales professional to drive profitable deposit business within homeowner associations and community management companies. The role focuses on developing relationships, cross-selling bank products, and expanding the bank’s footprint across HOA clients.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HOA industry experience working directly with associations and/or property management companies.
• Homeowners Association sales experience.
• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the business development efforts to increase the bank’s share of client relationships within the HOA industry.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to HOA clients and manage relationships with community association management companies.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop sales responses to RFPs and client proposals and prepare pricing models.
• Direct the sales strategy and retention of industry clients and ensure profitability of relationships.
