Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Sales Product Solutions Individual Contributor in Healthcare Payments to join the Sales team, tailoring product solutions to meet client needs and collaborating across functions in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

This role carries a personal quota, requires prospecting and pipeline development, and close interaction with Treasury Representatives and Healthcare Bankers to translate customer pain points into implementable product configurations and a path

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience with the sales cycle and regular client engagement.
• Experience customizing preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
• Experience in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
• Healthcare knowledge with Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong communication and people skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking across multiple scenarios.
• Travel required, roughly 35%.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and capabilities, defining and configuring optimal solutions for clients’ needs across Patient Management Systems and Hospital Systems.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on defined products and capabilities with deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.
• Owns pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge.
• Engages with client teams to understand pain points and refines solutions; communicates client feedback to Product teams to inform the roadmap.
• Exhibits a sales mindset with goal- and quota-driven approach.
• Manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Sources new opportunities while shepherding inbound requests.
• Demonstrates consultative approach to understand current to future state with product implementation.
