Responsibilities

• Drive regional and national growth strategies across markets.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance).
• Identify market opportunities and build partnerships with health systems and physician groups.
• Forecast sales and manage CRM data accuracy to support growth targets.
• Oversee center openings and ensure successful launches with operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs: pipeline, win rate, revenue growth, and retention of centers.
