You will lead sales activity, client negotiations, and strategic pursuit of development, design and construction opportunities, partnering with sector and regional teams to meet revenue goals. The role requires a proven track record in healthcare development, strong leadership, and robust relationships with healthcare systems and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate development, construction management, engineering, real estate management, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Experience, knowledge, skills, education and abilities to succeed in business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and client negotiations for regional healthcare development projects.
• Develop annual revenue and profit goals with sector and regional leaders.
• Identify and pursue development, construction, and real estate management projects for the region.
• Strategically pursue clients and lead project pursuits, including responses to proposals and RFPs.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies for the region and manage public relations and industry involvement.
