Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a VP of Healthcare Development to lead business development for our health sector among regional markets. You will partner with sector leadership to identify opportunities, secure projects, and manage executive-level client relationships.

You will direct development teams, pursue major projects, drive revenue growth, and oversee strategy for region-wide sales, proposals, and market positioning, ensuring alignment with Ryan's mission and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate development, construction management, engineering, real estate management, or related field.
• 10+ years' commercial development and construction experience in a design-build or negotiated construction environment with 5+ years in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Jointly develops annual revenue and profit goals with sector and regional leaders and the business development team.
• Identifies and pursues development, construction, and real estate management projects for the region and top priority prospects.
• Strategically pursues clients, leads proposals and RFP responses, and conducts sales presentations for major projects.
• Supports regional marketing and sales strategy, manages PR, industry involvement, and competitive analysis.
• Assesses development sites, costs, and feasibility; prepares pro- formas and pursuit budgets for deal approvals.
• Coordinates government approvals and permits, attends meetings, and presents as required.
