Baker Home Exteriors is seeking a VP of Sales to lead and scale residential roofing sales. This leader will build and coach a high-performing in-home sales team, setting standards for lead conversion, close rates, and margins.

You will partner with marketing and customer experience to align lead flow, pricing, and installation capacity while shaping sales processes and forecasting. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading high-performing residential sales teams, ideally in roofing

Formación

• 8–10 years of Sales experience.
• 5–7 years of leading a Sales team.
• Experience using a CRM and a proven growth track record.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual revenue number across all branches and verticals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team and managers.
• Define the salesperson profile and build recruiting and training around it.
• Identify new verticals and expand into them, including multifamily roofing and partnerships.
• Lead sales for new market entry and establish physical presence.
