Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial roofing leadership, OSHA30/First Aid/CPR preferred, strong communication, and a commitment to ESOP culture with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in roofing leadership, service and department head experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; scheduling and CRM tools.
• Must be fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe working environment for crews and partners.
• Maintain and improve quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Direct office and field staff; hire, train and promote employees.
• Coordinate sales efforts and support team success; oversee work orders and invoicing.
