Unleash Growth: VP, Marketing Leader Wanted to Revolutionize Revenue & Engagement by Leading Sales Enablement, Industry Marketing & Events

Your role...

ReSource Pro is looking for a VP, Growth Marketing to be a strategic, collaborative, and execution-minded leader overseeing high-impact functions at the intersection of sales, marketing, and client engagement: Sales Enablement, Industry Marketing, and Industry Events. This role will shape how ReSource Pro connects with target buyers, equips revenue teams, and delivers brand experiences that drive growth.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

You will be...

  • Lead a team developing industry-specific personas, content, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Direct development of thought leadership content and market positioning.
  • Create and execute account activation programs aligned with buyer needs and revenue goals.
  • Ensure messaging integration across sales content and enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and RevOps to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Own strategy and execution for client events, defining success metrics and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead marketing operations through automation, performance tracking, and systems optimization.
  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to cross-functional teams.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, marketing, and offshore teams to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Build a high-performing, inclusive team culture centered on accountability, innovation, and development.

Skills and experience needed...

  • MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • 20+ years in comprehensive marketing, with expertise in product marketing, operations, and events.
  • 10+ years leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness.
  • Proven ability to scale marketing operations and drive growth beyond initial phases.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, especially during acquisitions and mergers.
  • Experience developing GTM plans for newly acquired entities.

Your Compensation...

Salary ranges from $189,719 to $321,545, based on location and experience, complemented by bonuses and benefits. Individual pay decisions depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
