Job summary

Mercer Advisors Inc. seeks a strategic Growth leader to own the master roadmap, align active programs, and optimize sequencing across the organization.

You will design the operating cadence for Client Development, and lead a four-person Revenue Operations and Enablement team to drive conversion and change management. This role requires cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to scale rapidly.

• Own the Growth roadmap, track active programs, sequence rollouts, and align shared resources.
• Design and own the Client Development team's operating cadence, including meetings, reviews, and leadership updates.
• Lead a four-person Revenue Operations and Enablement team, driving conversion, field enablement, and change management.
