Job summary

Wellness Company seeks a VP of Growth to scale our direct-to-consumer and retail strategy, driving growth across Meta, Google, Shopify, CRM, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and retention to create omnichannel demand.

The role partners with Sales/Retail to accelerate growth across Walmart, Target, Costco, and online channels, building first‑party data and a robust growth engine for multi‑channel success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DTC growth or digital commerce for consumer brands.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience scaling DTC via paid media, CRO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and retention.
• Proven ability to manage growth budgets and ROI.
• Experience connecting DTC marketing with omnichannel growth across marketplaces and retailers.
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and scale of DTC growth engine across acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Lead Meta and Google performance marketing end-to-end.
• Turn DTC marketing into omnichannel demand across channels.
• Accelerate Walmart, Target, Costco growth with Sales and Retail teams.
• Build CRM, retention, and first-party data capabilities.
• Own growth budgets and measure ROI.
• Partner with Amazon and TikTok Shop leaders on launches and promotions.
