Job summary

Zazu Digital Talent is seeking a VP of Growth to lead the next phase of its direct-to-consumer business for a profitable consumer products company generating about $85 million in annual revenue. You will own the full DTC growth strategy and P&L for Shopify and TikTok Shop, targeting $18–$20 million in annual revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on growth leadership for a physical product DTC business.
• Own a Shopify P&L or equivalent target.
• Demonstrated ability to scale DTC revenue to eight figures.
• Strong command of Meta, performance creative and growth economics.
• Experience building affiliate/creator programs.
• Fluent English with overlap US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete DTC growth strategy across Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok and other channels.
• Develop affiliate, creator and influencer programmes; manage partnerships.
• Improve Shopify conversion, increase AOV, and optimize funnel; drive retention and lifetime value.
• Lead revenue, margin, acquisition efficiency, and reporting; hire and develop the DTC team.
