BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Lead to guide the Foundational Frameworks Platform. You will lead multiple agile teams, align platform strategy with execution, and enable enterprise delivery across complex initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven decision making, risk management, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Quality disciplines. A senior leader who drives readiness and delivers results is essential.

Qualifications

8-12 years leading delivery of large-scale technology initiatives in Agile environments.
Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication and executive-facing reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple agile engineering teams and translate strategy into execution plans.
Drive PI Planning readiness, cross-team planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release coordination, and governance.
Act as a technical delivery leader with knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise architecture.
Establish delivery transparency through metrics, analytics, and executive reporting to improve predictability and delivery outcomes.
Build partnerships to resolve cross-platform dependencies and impediments impacting initiatives.
Coach Scrum Leads and promote disciplined agile delivery and Platform Operating Model adoption.
Champion AI-enabled delivery practices and automation to improve planning and forecasting.
Influence stakeholders with clear, data-driven storytelling about delivery health and options.
