Job summary

Veho seeks a highly experienced Regional VP of Ground Operations to oversee its ground operations network, driving strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across warehousing, sortation, and last-mile processes. You will manage 3PL partners, lead a growing team, and align technology adoption to cost and service targets in a fast-scaling environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years leading ground operations, warehousing, logistics, or last-mile delivery.
• Proven track record scaling operations in high-growth environments.
• Deep knowledge of logistics principles and network optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision and tactical plan for Veho's ground ops network.
• Lead warehousing, sortation, logistics, and last-mile processes with focus on safety and quality.
• Drive network evaluation, capacity planning, and infra development for hyper-growth.
• Use data to identify efficiency gains, cost reductions, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate on AI/automation initiatives to optimize operations.
• Establish KPIs and executive-level reporting on performance and costs.
• Lead and develop leaders, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure risk management, safety, compliance and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets and drive cost optimization while maintaining service levels.
• Travel 50%+ as required to oversee sites.
