Job summary

Versant Media, LLC seeks a senior Vice President of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to shape and mature the Cyber organization. You will drive risk evaluation, control frameworks, and policy management, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer with a focus on strategic growth.

You will lead a team across governance, risk, and compliance, coordinate with business leaders, and ensure risk ownership and remediation across Versant’s brands and platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership across cyber security disciplines including audit, governance, risk and compliance.
• Experience leading external audits and regulatory reviews across complex business workflows.
• Developing governance policies, compliance programs, security training, and board reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the GRC organization aligned with Cyber partner teams.
• Lead risk management lifecycle and policy management across the enterprise.
• Oversee security risk assessments for technology implementations and business units.
• Direct outsourced services and staff for efficient operation and delivery.
• Drive cross-business engagement and prioritize security requests across GRC.
• Engage executives and stakeholders to communicate risk and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate on transforming the GRC function and sustaining maturity.
