Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Investment Banking / Private Capital Advisory / Secondaries experience.
• Proven track record executing GP-led secondary transactions.
• Strong understanding of the private equity secondary market and GP-led structures.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience working with private equity sponsors and GPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of GP-led secondary transactions, including single-asset and multi-asset continuation vehicles.
• Advise private equity sponsors on liquidity and portfolio management solutions.
• Manage transaction processes from mandate through to closing.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation and transaction structuring.
• Build and review transaction models, including continuation vehicle and secondary valuation analyses.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials and investment committee materials.
• Coordinate with GPs, secondary investors, lawyers, fund administrators and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
