Qualifications

• 4-9+ years of experience in investment banking, private capital advisory, or secondary advisory.
• Direct exposure to GP-led transactions or complex sponsor situations.
• Ability to manage complex processes and senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of single-asset and multi-asset continuation vehicle transactions.
• Own financial modeling, valuation analysis, and underwriting materials.
• Prepare CIMs, management presentations, and term sheets.
• Manage Associates/Analysts, maintaining high execution standards.
