Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience, including private equity secondary investing experience (GP-led and LP experience preferred).
• Excellent writing, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic and a team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, due diligence and monitoring of private equity secondary investments with a focus on GP-led opportunities.
• Manage transactions from deal sourcing through diligence, approval, negotiation and execution.
• Represent the PEG in the investment community at meetings, conferences and events.
• Train associates and analysts throughout the investment life cycle.
• Support business development and fundraising efforts related to the secondary strategy.
