Job summary

Gray Media is seeking a decisive VP/General Manager for WLOX-TV in the Biloxi-Gulfport market. The role leads a multi-platform operation, drives revenue growth across broadcast and digital channels, and partners with newsroom leadership to strengthen the market-leading news brand.

You will manage P&L, budgeting, and strategic initiatives while maintaining compliance with FCC and corporate policies, and representing Gray Media in the local community.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive broadcast/media management experience.
Experience partnering with newsroom leadership to build strong news brands.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth across broadcast, digital, and Gray Digital Media.
Analyze ratings and digital metrics to optimize audience retention.
Lead multi-platform operations and cross-functional teams.
Oversee station P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
Ensure FCC/EEO/compliance and uphold ethical broadcast standards.
