Gray Media, Inc., owner of WLOX-TV, seeks a Sales Assistant in Biloxi, MS. This role provides administrative support to Local Account Executives and the National Sales Manager, handling copy, logs, and traffic tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, within a team-focused setting.

Competenze

• Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• 1-2 years of office experience.

Mansioni

• Provide support to Sales Management and staff daily.
• Handle order entry, avails, proposals, and logs.
• Maintain the WideOrbit Traffic database accurately.
• Confirm traffic instructions with advertisers and agencies.
• Manage inventory and program changes.
• Prepare logs for hub finalization.
• Assist National Sales Manager with client requests.
