Gray Media, Inc. seeks a Vice President & General Manager for WLOX-TV in Biloxi, MS. The role leads a multi-platform operation, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and guiding news and community initiatives on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

You will manage the P&L, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and partner with newsroom leadership to elevate a market-leading news brand while upholding the highest standards and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive broadcast/media management experience.
• Background as GM/Station Manager/DOS or News Director.
• Strong revenue growth and digital sales acceleration experience.
• Leadership, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent executive experience.

• Drive multi-platform revenue growth across broadcast, digital, and Gray Digital Media.
• Oversee station P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operating margins.
