Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Commercialization Lead for Trade & Working Capital within Global Payments to define and execute the go-to-market strategy across the global client base. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and regional teams to design playbooks, drive launches, and optimize client adoption and revenue growth while strengthening our commercial positioning.

The role requires deep payments knowledge, executive presence, and a demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Payments and Trade & Working Capital landscape and competitive dynamics.
• Strong executive presence and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze problems, communicate clearly, and tell a compelling story to clients and internal teams.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing and regional teams.
• Experience shaping go-to-market strategies and commercialization roadmaps.
• Entrepreneurial leadership with ability to drive initiatives in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize strategic initiatives to drive market impact, client adoption and revenue growth.
• Work with regional, product and sales leads to design commercialization strategies and playbooks for the trade product suite.
• Champion integration of feedback into product roadmap and investment planning processes.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to translate priorities into strategic roadmaps and opportunities.
• Continuously re-evaluate competitive positioning vs. peers and new business models.
• Maintain inventory of offerings with overlays of industry solutions and use-case driven bundles.
