Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering high-impact and large-scale products, projects, or technology applications.
• Experience building, launching, and managing payments products with external partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about data products and their business impact.
• Proven ability to lead complex operational management and change readiness at scale.
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and product delivery at scale within deadlines.
• Familiarity with Innovation Economy and Emerging Middle Market client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, launch, and commercialization of the J.P. Morgan Next product, including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Manage external partnerships critical to product development with accountability and transparency.
• Foster internal relationships to enhance efficiency and coordination across product, tech, and operations teams.
• Develop deep understanding of technical specs and benefits; communicate these to customers, business, and technical colleagues.
• Maintain visibility of timelines and dependencies; remove blockers and secure resources.
• Drive change management across functional partners, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Deliver periodic business updates to executives, product teams, technology groups, and cross-functional partners.
