Job summary

HSBC in New York seeks a Vice President, Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of Receivables Finance, Supply Chain solutions, and Core Trade services in a fast-paced client environment. You will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to align delivery with business objectives and technical constraints.

You will guide discovery, define project plans, manage risks, and maintain momentum from deal to go-live, ensuring timely, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Global Trade Solutions (GTS) products or equivalent experience.
Experience in technical integration and complex project delivery.
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to mobilize internal teams to diagnose and resolve client issues quickly.
High commercial awareness across markets and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery and scoping sessions to translate requirements into implementation strategies.
Define and document Implementation Plans and Project Scope.
Produce Scope Document and Project Plan with milestones and responsibilities.
Drive governance and change control across HSBC and client teams.
Manage delivery risks, identify mitigation actions, and optimize delivery speed.
Maintain momentum from deal to go-live with timely progress toward objectives.
