Job summary

HSBC in New York is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Supplier Engagement Support Manager to grow Supply Chain Finance programs for major clients. Hybrid work model with collaboration across Sales, Implementation and internal stakeholders.

You will onboard new suppliers, prepare outreach materials, monitor program capacity and provide data-driven analysis to Sector Head and Management. Competitive pay and robust benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, challenging environment with customer excellence.
• Strong planning and organizational skills under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Experience with client experience, communications and project management is beneficial.
• Numerical capability using Excel and similar tools.
• Understanding of bank procedures and activities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing Supply Chain programs by onboarding new suppliers.
• Prepare supplier outreach material highlighting program benefits.
• Oversee supplier engagement and onboarding per program growth strategy.
• Monitor data to define supplier demand and support capacity.
• Provide operational and data analysis, presentations to Sector Head and Management.
• Support clients and internal stakeholders with materials as needed.
• Ensure deadlines are set and met with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Implementation and internal stakeholders for onboarding.
• Act as a role model for HSBC values to deliver superior service.
