Job summary

Sol de Janeiro, a fast-growing, award-winning beauty brand headquartered in New York, seeks a highly experienced Vice President, Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing Performance to lead its global procurement and CM network.

You will own Direct and Indirect Procurement, CM sourcing, and supplier performance management, partnering with Product, Innovation, Planning, Finance, and Marketing to enable growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Proven track record managing direct and indirect procurement and CM sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, contracting, and supplier-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Direct and Indirect Procurement and CM sourcing.
• Oversee supplier performance management and governance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for growth, innovation, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Packaging, Planning, Finance, Marketing and other teams.
• Drive productivity, cost savings, and risk management across the network.
• Establish and lead supplier governance, scorecards, and executive relationships.
