Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in procurement, sourcing, or contract manufacturing.
• Experience leading global sourcing and supplier performance programs in beauty/consumer goods.
• Strong track record negotiating terms, pricing, and capacity with strategic suppliers.
• Deep understanding of supply chain risk, governance, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sol de Janeiro’s global Direct and Indirect Procurement and Contract Manufacturing performance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and capacity.
• Own supplier governance, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction, and risk management across the external supply base.
• Partner with Product & Innovation, Packaging, Planning, Finance, Marketing to align launch readiness.
• Establish enterprise supplier governance and performance management across CM and supplier networks.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support innovation and growth.
