Job summary

OWT Global, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead complex Air Force programs focused on systems integration, capability development, fielding, and sustainment. Travel to Tampa and routine coordination with the Burlington, MA team are required.

The role requires deep Air Force lifecycle knowledge, program governance, and the ability to translate Program Office intent into actionable industry plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, management or related field.
• 10+ years supporting Air Force programs with DoD PMO exposure.
• Strong communication and leadership to engage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Government Program Managers and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, software, logistics, and cyber domains.
• Coordinate with OEMs and subcontractors to ensure interfaces and baselines alignment.
• Oversee fielding, sustainment, and operational readiness activities.
