Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Vice President of Production for Frontier Systems. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for production across a multi-site footprint, spanning facilities in several states, while aligning with R&D, sales, and engineering to scale new product lines on Lattice OS.

The position requires 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, direct P&L ownership, and a proven ability to scale operations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with 7–10 years in senior/executive role overseeing 500+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Establish and provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple production facilities.
• Lead and build the production capabilities of a portfolio of products across lines and programs.
• Partner with R&D, sales, and engineering to develop from scratch the production lines and processes for new products.
