Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Vice President of Partnership Activation to lead the Club’s activation department and oversee strategic delivery of its premium global partnerships. Reporting to SVP of Partnerships, this executive will guide Directors and teams, set service standards, and build trusted relationships with C-suite executives at major partners.

You will shape multi-year account plans, drive partner experiences across stadium, digital, content, and events, and ensure measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sponsorship or partnerships within sports or global brands.
• Proven leadership of multi-layered teams.
• Experience managing high-value global partnerships with C-suite credibility.
• Strong strategic, financial and operational judgment.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• English fluency; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partnership Activation with coaching and oversight.
• Set department objectives, KPIs and processes.
• Oversee executive relationships and strategic partner reviews.
• Plan multi-year account strategies and renewal readiness.
• Ensure on-time delivery of rights and partner impact.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver premium experiences.
