Job summary

Inter Miami CF and Nu Stadium is seeking a Manager, Partnership Activation in Coral Gables, FL to lead activation and execution of sponsor elements, build strong partner relationships, and drive renewal and retention.

You will plan VIP experiences, manage on-site activations, track KPIs, and develop annual activation strategies aligned with club goals. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, with MLS knowledge and Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of integrated marketing experience in media, sports partnerships, fulfillment, or entertainment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interactions with clients and leaders.
• MLS knowledge and Spanish fluency are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of service to all existing corporate partners.
• Gather, plan and execute all contractual elements for each partner.
• Conceptualize, develop, and map out activation programs to achieve partner goals.
• Lead upsell and renewal efforts for assigned partners.
• Plan and manage VIP hospitality events and on-site activations.
• Coordinate collateral approvals and partner recaps.
