Inter Miami CF seeks a Vice President of Partnership Activation to lead its Partnership Activation department, shaping the strategy for a premium global portfolio and managing senior relationships with top partners alongside the Senior VP of Partnerships and Chief Revenue Officer.

The role requires driving best‑in‑class partner service, multi‑channel activation, and measurable business outcomes across matchdays, stadium, digital and experiential platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sponsorship or strategic partnerships within sports, entertainment, agencies or global brands.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing managers and multi‑layered teams.
• Demonstrated success overseeing high‑value global partnerships with C‑suite executives.
• Strong strategic, financial and operational judgement with retention and renewal focus.
• Exceptional relationship building, communication, negotiation and cross‑functional leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred; English fluency; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Partnership Activation function and provide strategic direction to teams.
• Set departmental objectives, standards, KPIs and processes across the portfolio.
• Develop executive relationships with C‑suite leaders at major partners.
• Drive multi‑channel activation across stadium, digital, content and experiential platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, Digital, Operations,Finance and Legal for premium partner experiences.
• Track partner health and deliver executive updates with insights for growth.
