This senior leader will own the end-to-end services lifecycle, drive scalable delivery methodologies, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to maximize value for utility customers worldwide. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience leading multi-level organizations of managers and senior leaders.
• Proven track record transforming and scaling services organizations in software companies.

Responsabilités

• Lead Bidgely's global services organization (40+ professionals) from onboarding to live engagement.
• Own the full services P&L, contracting, and revenue forecasting.
• Define multi-year strategy for services, scale delivery with repeatable offerings, and develop tooling and assets.
