Job summary

Publicis Groupe, leading the PLUS+ entity, seeks an EVP of Strategy to orchestrate enterprise planning, drive growth, and ensure bold, actionable media visions for PepsiCo brands. The role demands turning strategic ideas into concrete roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and cross-functional execution under real business pressure.

This executive will craft unified planning cadences, spearhead innovation pilots, and align leadership with portfolio priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise strategy, media innovation, brand planning, or transformation leadership.
• Fluent in connecting business ambition to activation across media, audience, data, and measurement.
• Executive-level communicator, facilitator, and cross-functional collaborator.
• Experienced leading in matrixed, ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift into a unified enterprise strategy across PepsiCo brand and portfolio strategy.
• Architect seasonal planning cadences and swim lanes that increase agility, optimize timing, and tie media to tangible business value.
• Build enterprise-wide playbooks that align cross-functional teams around growth priorities and planning standardization.
• Identify white space and market shifts early—shaping jump-ball opportunities, emerging audience plays, and portfolio-wide innovation pilots.
• Translate signal into strategy: build momentum through quarterly strategies that stay 1+ quarter ahead of business needs to help solve for business challenges and identify growth opportunities
• Act as the integrator across strategy, investment, analytics, content, and operations - sequencing efforts, removing friction, and ensuring enterprise cohesion.
• Partner directly with the PepsiCo senior leadership to align planning strategy with brand priorities and long-term business outcomes.
