Publicis Groupe is seeking a seasoned commercial finance and strategy leader to drive multi-market offers and contracts. You will shape pricing models, profitability, and value-based solutions across media, retail, and CRM engagements.

Lead a cross-functional team, partner with CFOs and clients, and develop scalable playbooks and reporting processes to optimize revenue and risk management, while growing Publicis Groupe's global client partnerships.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of commercial finance, strategy or procurement experience within media/advertising agencies.
• Proven ability to develop pricing models and proposals for large-scale pitches and contract renewals.
• Executive-level client leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Data, Tech and Solutions teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build innovative and competitive commercial proposals connecting strategy to capabilities, pricing and incentives.
• Oversee multi-market pitches and streamline responses into a single global offer.
• Develop new revenue streams in partnership with other disciplines.
• Partner with Data, Tech and Tools leaders to monetize platforms and implement value-based pricing.
• Champion proprietary value-based solutions in commercial discussions.
• Identify opportunities to increase profitability through new products, talent or scope changes.
• Guide staffing and remuneration models to drive profitability.
• Contribute to new business pitches and contract renewals with senior clients up to executive level.
• Collaborate with other Groupe solution hubs to create joint offers.
