Job summary

TD Securities in New York seeks a senior role to support and enhance talent programs for Global Markets in the US. You will coordinate intern and analyst training, lead orientation events, and partner with HR and Marketing to deliver colleague experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
• 5-7 years of related experience in the field.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support GM US intern and full-time Analyst training programs.
• Coordinate and execute a GM Business Orientation Day in New York.
• Organize placement process for Summer & Full Time Analysts across programs.
• Partner with HR and Marketing on colleague experience programs.
• Support development and delivery of junior learning and development programs.
• Create dashboards and reports to support talent-related decisions.
