Job summary

TD Securities, part of TD Bank, is seeking a Vice President for Global Business Management in Prime Brokerage, based in New York. You will lead strategic initiatives, partner with risk, legal, compliance and audit to manage regulatory issues, and oversee performance planning and governance across trading platforms.

You will work with multiple stakeholders to align product development, distribution, and processes, driving efficiency and sustainable growth within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
• Series 7 and 63.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of external competition, industry and market trends related to the function.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations and partner with stakeholders on strategic priorities.
• Represent the EMD or executive head on business strategy and communicate priorities clearly.
• Lead performance planning and set goals for evaluating growth and colleague experience.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure consistency with segment-level scorecards and reports.
• Ensure cash and P&L views are understood and managed across the Front Office.
• Collaborate with control functions to assess regulatory and governance issues for trading operations.
