• Proven accuracy, well organized and able to multi-task to meet SLAs.
• Expert knowledge of practices and procedures as related to Payment Card Network rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as specialist in Global Markets Front Office Employee Change.
• Coordinate on/off-boarding, transfers and access management across regions.
• Manage service levels and escalation to all support and provisioning teams.
• Create and maintain business management reporting and dashboards for senior management.
• Assist with data analysis, issue drivers, and process improvement recommendations.
• Engage with Front Office partners and control groups to drive improvements.
