Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Vice President, Logistics to lead the enterprise-wide logistics and distribution strategy, spanning inbound, intercompany, and outbound movement. You will oversee company-operated fleets, 3PLs, freight, warehousing, and technology platforms, delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

The role requires a decade of logistics leadership, a strong track record in negotiations, and the ability to transform processes with data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• Ten+ years in logistics, transportation or supply chain leadership.
• Senior leadership experience in multi-site industrial environments.
• Proven success negotiating transportation and logistics contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, reliable, and cost-efficient movement of inbound/outbound freight.
• Oversee company fleet, 3PLs, warehousing, and distribution.
• Define and optimize distribution networks and transportation lanes.
• Drive EBITDA and landed-cost improvements through sourcing and network design.
• Utilize data and KPIs to improve safety, service, and working capital.
