Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Vice President of Logistics to lead our transportation strategy and corporate logistics team of 50+ professionals.

You will partner with executive leadership to drive efficiency, strengthen carrier partnerships, and support Uline’s commitment to next-day delivery across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 20+ years of leadership in large-scale logistics operations.
• Experience in all transportation modes; outbound LTL is a plus.
• Proven ability to leverage complex data to inform strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analysis of transportation and operational data to identify trends, shape initiatives, and drive efficiency for one of the country’s largest LTL shipping networks.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to optimize logistics operations and enhance vendor partnerships to deliver a high level of service.
• Strengthen relationships with key freight carriers and leaders across Uline’s North American locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive high-impact projects, providing insights and recommendations to Uline’s executive leaders.
• Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high performance.
